You may spot a koala if you’re visiting during the right season. As koalas are in their natural habitat , it’s important to keep your distance, remain silent, and watch quietly. Never feed them human food and keep pets away for their safety.

While it’s unlikely that you’ll spot a wild koala during your stay at Koala Cabins, we recommend visiting Australia Zoo, which is just a 30-minute drive from us. Australia Zoo is renowned for its conservation efforts and is one of the best places to see koalas up close in a naturalistic environment.
