888 Property Management Services Pty Ltd TA Koala Cabins Mapleton – Operating as the manager – Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites, and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

 

 1.1 A valid form of government-issued identification must be uploaded prior to check-in.

 1.2 Site and cabin preferences are not guaranteed and may be altered at any time before arrival.

 1.3 Guests must be 18 years of age to stay without a parent or guardian.
 1.4 Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk.

 

1.5 Standard prices are based on 2 persons. Additional charges apply for bookings of 3 or more adults and children.
1.6 Infants (2 and under) stay free; children (4 to 17) and adults (18 and over) are charged according to booking rates.
1.7 All guests must complete a guest registration form online prior to or upon arrival.

1.8 As we are in a bush fire zone we are legally obligated to obtain every persons name on site. Please provide names on the registration form.

 If things change please advise the management. 

 

1.8 A valid credit card, deposit, or pre-payment is required to secure your reservation. Any fees or damages not settled will be deducted from the provided credit card. Unpaid amounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, with costs added.

 

1.9 Guests must abide by all Koala Cabins Mapleton rules and requests from staff. Non-compliance may result in cancellation or eviction without refunds.
1.10 No Parties: Only registered guests are permitted onsite. We have a strict no-party policy.
1.11 Noise Control: Keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 pm.

 

1.12 Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and across the property. A $500 charge will apply to smoke-affected rooms. A designated smoking area is available.
1.13 Guests triggering false fire alarms will be charged the emergency services call-out fee.

 

1.14 Pets are only allowed with a pre-organized booking and in pet-approved cabins. Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the presence of koalas on-site. Dogs are not permitted on beds, and a $100 fee applies for any dog hair found.
1.15 Failure to comply with these pet rules may result in a cleaning fee or eviction without refund.

 

1.16 Standard Check-In: 2:30 pm; Check-Out: 10:00 am.
1.17 Late check-out requests may incur additional fees.
1.18 Reception hours: 9:30 am – 11:30 am, 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm. For urgent bookings, call 0488151520.

 

1.19 Excessive cleaning requirements will incur a minimum charge of $150. Any theft or damage to items will be charged accordingly.
1.20 Towels and amenities are refreshed as needed.

 

1.21 Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, minus a $88 cancellation fee.
1.22 Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds are given for early departures or no-shows.
1.23 Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

1.24 Koala Cabins Mapleton accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
1.25 We do not accept liability for disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen events. Guests agree not to make claims regarding these circumstances.

 

1.26 Free undercover parking is available, with one space allocated per room. Parking on grass is prohibited unless prior permission is granted.

 

1.27 The swimming pool is open daily from 7 am – 9 pm. No glass or smoking is allowed in the pool area.

1.28 Guests must leave communal areas clean and tidy.

 

1.30 For stays longer than 6 weeks, various furnished accommodations are available, including one- and two-bedroom villas, a 6-bedroom country home, and a 4-bedroom house.
1.31 Long-term stays include free Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and Stan, and utilities based on usage (electricity, water). Each unit has its own kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities.

1.32 Minimum stay requirements apply during peak periods.

 

1.33 There are no additional cancellation policies for COVID-19. Standard terms apply to all bookings.
